Digigram
The Cancun sound card presented by Digigram, is a new range of mobile USB sound products ideal for reporters and audio professionals.
With two models available, users can choose between the Cancun 442-Mic, with four inputs and outputs, or the Cancun 222-Mic which is the dual input/output version. Both models offer simultaneous analog and AES I/O with dual-core MIPS 2×500 processing capability.
The Cancun's microphone preamplifier offers 55 dB gain, 105 dB THD+N, and a maximum sensitivity of -60 dBu. The pro-grade specification offers analog levels of a maximum of +25 dBu and a guaranteed low latency of less than 4 ms on Windows and Mac OS X platforms.
In addition, it is designed with a thin touchpad with LED lighting that includes the starter cables and a Neutrik XLR connector for microphones, and provides a control surface for sound card configuration.
Additionally, the product comes with a companion software application that can be used to access the status and operational information of the sound card, such as gain values, driver settings, current status, peak meters, locks, among other information.
