JVC has launched a new DT-N series of broadcast monitors for production studios, post-producers and mobile units. The series consists of three 17", 21" and 24" models for connecting Cinema 2K 2048x1080p signal sources.The monitors provide exceptional image quality and include studio functionalities such as waveform monitor, vectorscope and histogram, as well as supporting 3G signals.
They use an LED-backlit LCD panel with a Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and feature a wide horizontal and vertical viewing angle. The color depth is 16.7 million, being compatible with the ITU-709 color space for use in HDTV broadcast environments, being possible to pre-select the gamma for curves of 2.2, 2.4 and 2.6.
In addition, the RS485 and RS232 control ports allow you to enter UMD data with TSL 3.1 and 4.0 protocol for control and on-screen display.
