With more than 1,000 exhibitors and 65 thousand visitors, NAB Show 2023 was held, the version of its centenary. With the different players in the industry that I had the opportunity to speak, it was gratifying to hear that the broadcast industry is advancing in a recovery, after the problems of previous years.

Between April 24 and 27, NAB Show will be held, three years after its last version in 2019 after not being able to take place due to the pandemic. Undoubtedly, this will be an important fair for the reactivation of the circuit of fairs of the broadcast industry in America and that passes through Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Argentina.

The constant evolution of video technology has allowed the increasing proposals that from this industry change the way of seeing and experiencing for all types of users.

From October 31 to November 12, 2021, the global summit was held in Glasgow, United Kingdom, which aimed to seek agreements to face climate change, which included governments, representatives of large companies and environmental experts.

In late October, Mark Zuckerberg announced Facebook's name change to Meta, which responds to the company's new focus on the Metaverse, which he defined as a hybrid of today's online social experiences, sometimes expanded in three dimensions or projected into the physical world.
