Haivision introduces Viper 1.1 for multistream distribution of recording, downloading, and publishing content. The compact device combined with dual-channel HD encoding is a secure low-lactation streaming and video on demand.
The user-controlled multistream mechanism is ideal for capturing, transmitting and publishing events that depend on a multimedia source such as lectures, which include both a moderator and an interactive display computer.
The viper transmits and records in real time, full frame rate, HD.264 video or computer graphics content. Multistream content can be accessed securely using the patent of Haivision, independent browser InStream player.
The recording, downloading and publishing flow in a single chassis comes along with the Furnace IP video distribution system, which adapts to the facilities where many of the rooms need the ability to record independently and then publish the assets to a video or system demand center.
