The TXS 3453 is a transcoder with capacity for up to 16 channels of high definition, secondary video output, ease of control via web interface, full SNMP control, HD to SD conversion and content reception over IP.
It also supports MPEG2 and H.264 video in a single rack, offers 40% higher compression allowing low bitrates, also has ASI IP inputs, 8-VSB, and DVB-S2.
The TXS is useful for scaling, as well as handling ancillary data and audio features needed to support distribution applications. It includes local and remote user interface control functions, as well as front panel and graphical interface controls.
