Of the total number of respondents, 99% said they watch television every day, surpassing those who listen to radio who were 86% and those who enter the Internet who reached 42%.
Among the answers, it is highlighted that 58% of Peruvians consider that their television consumption did not decrease with new technologies, that this is considered the most entertaining and educational medium, but also the most sensationalist.
On content, 52% of respondents said they were satisfied with television, but 89% said they perceived a lot of violence and 81% discriminatory treatment on both television and radio. 31% of Peruvians watch their local television every day.
It is also important to note that the majority of Peruvians are uninformed about the analog blackout and digital TV coverage. This is an aspect to which the authorities in charge of the regulation of television in Peru must pay due and rapid attention.
