Pinnacle Group consolidates with streaming solutions

Latin America. By having a presence in different markets in the region, with the particular dynamics of each country, a company like Pinnacle Group must have a projection and strategy according to each situation. Its CEO, Ricardo López, told TVyVideo+Radio what the expectations are for 2024.

"In 2024 we expect to consolidate our position as leaders in the audiovisual technologies market in general, and in the world of Streaming in particular; offering innovative and cutting-edge solutions that meet the changing needs of our customers. In addition, we plan to expand our presence internationally, taking advantage of growth opportunities in emerging markets and strengthening our alliances with strategic partners around the world," he said.

In that regard, he recalled a recent project in which he participated. It is a company of an important Church, in which they developed a streaming studio for the production of religious programs in real time.

"Through the use of AI technology and advanced tracking systems, such as those offered by Blackmagic, AIDA, Hollyland solutions, we have created an immersive environment that allows presenters to interact with their viewers and what has long been called the third screen, cell phones. This project has been very well received by the public and has demonstrated the potential of audiovisual technology to transform the way news content is produced and consumed in the media," he explained.

In addition to streaming solutions, other technologies that are in growing demand, according to Pinnacle Group, are those related to the production and distribution of content in 4K and 8K format, as well as solutions for immersive experiences, process automation and the integration of artificial intelligence in editing and post-production tools or the AI systems of PTZ cameras.

To conclude, Ricardo López indicated that "NAB Show is a place to establish new strategic alliances with suppliers and potential partners. In addition, I hope that the NAB Show 2024 will provide us with the opportunity to share experiences with the global community of industry professionals, thus contributing to the exchange of knowledge and the momentum of the industry forward."
