Tektronix's TSG4100A Series RF Signal Generators offer optimal performance and modulation bandwidth of up to 200 MHz. These use a new technique that provides free outputs with low phase noise (-113 dBc/Hz @ 20 kHz carrier displaced to 1 GHz) and extraordinary frequency resolution (1μHz at any frequency). Analog modulations are included as a standard feature. The TSG4100A Series allows software upgrades for field units, easily allowing the transition from analog to the most advanced vector and digital modulation capabilities, providing a more flexible configuration.
The RF Signal Generator can work with one of the mixed domain oscilloscopes (MDO3000/4000B) and real-time spectrum analyzers (RSA306) for an unbeatable mid-range RF solution, with a great value for money sectors, research, consumer electronics manufacturing, industrial and commercial applications.
They are compact and portable, occupy two high rack units and half a standard wide rack unit; 12 pounds (5.6 kg). They are also easy to connect equipment, supporting GPIB, LAN, USB and RS-232 interfaces.
