Keithley, a Tektronix company, introduces the 2268 series, a family of six 850W DC power supplies that expands the Tektronix-Keithley line of sources, both for maximum available and automated power augmentation (ATE) and for high-density rack applications.
Among its main applications are the testing of production modules and final products, test stations for PC board testing and tuning, calibration test stations, final control stations, reliability, environmental, life tests (accelerated life tests, treatment, stress detection) and burn-in.
The models are: 2268-20-42 with maximum voltage (T.M) of 20V and maximum current (C.M) of 42 A, 2268-40-21 T.M 40V and C.M 21A, 2268-60-14 T.M 60V and C.M 14A, 2268-80-10 T.M 80V and C.M 10.5A, 2268-100-8 T.M 100V and C.M 8.5A and 2268-150 T.M 150V and C.M 5.6 A.
