Sapec announced through Nevion, the launch of Sublime X², a robust and compact hybrid 32×32 video/audio router; Designed for broadcasters, television production companies and institutional projects, the Sublime X² features a combination of routing with signal processing and a high level of redundancy, and is the ideal complement to the VikinX Sublime routers (also from Nevion), famous for their cost-effectiveness, reliability and operational simplicity.
With its crossover point card, controller and power redundancy, it offers reliability normally only found in modular routers.
Sublime X²'s innovative embedded multi-core signal processor is future-proof. The router allows improvements in functionality at all times thanks to the fact that it is a substantially software-based component and can be implemented through licensed software updates.
