Studio monitors
The company Avid presents to the market the new studio monitors M-Audio BX D2. The equipment, the latest generation of the BX Deluxe family, includes the BX8 D2 and BX5 D2 models, whose technology provides improved acoustic performance, especially at low frequencies.
The BX8 model comes with an 8" woofer and 130 watts of distributed power, while the BX5 D2 is offered with 5" and 70 watts. The monitors also feature low-frequency Kevlar drivers and silk-domed tweeters and Wavaguides that deliver clear low, high sounds.
The product is designed with rear air ports optimized for extended low frequency response. This hearing technology is conducive to helping musicians, producers and video editors create mixes that are heard on different systems.
