Grass Valley debuts its new T2 iDDR smart digital disc recorder that combines advanced non-linear features such as direct access to frame-accurate content, as well as VTR controls.
The T2 iDDR is a complete and autonomous SD and HD audio/video broadcasting center, which delivers a high quality image. It has two playback channels and one recording channel available simultaneously. It supports full resolution of 1920x1080 as well as 720 inches and 480i formats.
The two channels can be used for independent broadcasting, editing, previewing or for content delivery in two different simultaneous viewing systems. The equipment is also designed for integration with EDIUS non-linear editing software.
