Datavideo Announces Five-Year Warranty Program

Datavideo anunció programa de garantía de cinco años

Latin America. Datavideo launched its new five-year warranty program, effective January 1, 2026. With this new program, Datavideo products properly registered on its official website will receive a free four-year extended warranty, in addition to the standard one-year warranty, providing a total of five years of coverage.

To provide greater support to its customers, Datavideo also offers a grace period for registration. Products purchased before January 1, 2026 that have not yet been registered are still eligible for the five-year warranty if they are registered on their official website no later than March 31, 2026.

This extended warranty program reflects Datavideo's strong confidence in the quality, manufacturing stability and long-term reliability of its products, as well as the company's ongoing commitment to delivering greater peace of mind and long-term value to professional users around the world.

The Five-Year Warranty Program applies exclusively to products properly registered on Datavideo's official website. Accessories and components with a naturally limited lifespan, such as LCD panels, storage devices, and lighting equipment, are still covered by their current warranty terms, while camera modules have a three-year warranty. For more information, please refer to Datavideo's official warranty terms and conditions.
