Latin America. Meike, a company specializing in the development and manufacture of lenses for the film and television industry, signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Axxion Consulting to handle the Latin American and Caribbean markets.

Meike, a market leader in affordable optics for cinematography, is pleased to announce the cooperation with Axxion Consulting to bring Meike lenses and optical accessories to the Latin American market. This cooperation is offered by Avery Optics LLC, the official Meike distributor in North and South America.
Access to Meike lenses and accessories will benefit competitively priced camera dealers and distributors from manufacturers such as Blackmagic Design, Panasonic and Canon. Meike offers lenses and adapters at a price and quality comparable to popular cameras, such as Blackmagic Cinema Cameras, including the Micro4/3 4K mount, EF 6K mount, and PYXIS L-mount.
Meike had significant success with its best-selling Mini Prime Micro4/3 mount for BMPCC4K and Panasonic GH series cameras. This success has continued with the EF and PL mount options with its Super35 series, as well as the Full Frame series for PL, EF, Sony E, RF and L mounts. Meike also offers a number of mount adapters for attaching legacy EF and PL mount lenses to popular mirrorless cameras in RF mounts, E and L.
Many of these adapters have electrical contacts to transmit lens configuration information from Canon EF autofocus lenses to mirrorless cameras. The company also offers very affordable photo lenses for popular mirrorless cameras from Fuji, Canon, and Blackmagic Design. Meike continues to develop new lenses for future camera models with a commitment to meeting the needs of the industry.
