LiveTec will have the Music Industry Day within the framework of the Latin Grammy

LiveTec tendrá el Music Industry Day en el marco del Latin Grammy

Miami. On Tuesday, November 12, LiveTec Show and Sony Music will present Music Industry Day in Miami, a space to analyze the music industry in Latin America through its protagonists. This event will be held within the framework of the Latin Grammy Awards, which will be held that week in Miami.

The Global Furniture Showroom, located in the Miami Design District, will host industry experts in our region, who will discuss the commercial and technological developments affecting the music industry in Latin America.

For these discussions, two sessions will be held. The first is Dolby Atmos and its impact on studio and live music environments, in which Diego Acosta, from 5020 Studios Ops Sony Music, Maurice Patist, from PMC; Lewis Pickett, Grammy Winning Engineer; and Christine Thomas, from Dolby Labs.

The second session is The monetization of your music: opportunities with Sync in the digital age, for which Mary Núñez, from Warner Chappell Music, José Luis Pagan, from UPM, Fernando Amendola, from Disney Latin America, and Michael Dyson, from NBC/Universal, will be panelists.

Diego AcostaDiego Acosta, Director of 5020 Studio Ops at Sony Music Entertainment, said that "I want to invite you to join us on the panel at LiveTec Music Industry Day, on the occasion of the Latin Grammys in Miami, where we will be talking about the future of technology for the music industry."

Guests include music producers and promoters, artists, record label managers, venue managers, touring professionals, audio and video professionals, streaming and content solution providers.

For this day, which will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 2:00 p.m., 5020 Studio of Sony Music, Sony Music, UPM Productions and Warner Chappell Music have been linked as sponsors. As a technological sponsor is DAS Audio and as an audiovisual service provider is Tucan Studio.
