Latin America. Aarón López was appointed by the Spanish company VSN as CEO, who has extensive experience within the company, as well as in-depth knowledge of the sector.
In this way, VSN opens a new stage in its corporate strategy, while betting on the continuity of the management team after the acquisition by Valsoft Corporation.
For the past eight years, Aaron has served as the company's Chief Operating Officer, where he has overseen the day-to-day business of the company, as well as its projects and core areas. In recent months, he has played a pivotal role in integrating VSN within Valsoft Corporation.
Telecommunications Engineer from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, he has more than fifteen years of experience in the Broadcast & Media sector. In 2010 he joined VSN, where he was appointed COO in 2014. In this role, he has played a key role in the company's international consolidation and has led the continued growth and innovation of VSN's products.
He has also been responsible for the optimization of internal processes of the company in terms of information security and process management with obtaining ISO 27001: 2013 and 9001: 2015 certifications.
In addition, as director of operations he has promoted the recognition of the VSN brand as a benchmark in aspects of reliability and customer service within the Broadcast & Media sector.
Following Valsoft Corporation's acquisition of VSN in September 2021, Aaron has been instrumental in the company's successful integration into the group: taking an active role and participating in the expansion of the Broadcast & Media vertical with the addition of Woody Technologies and M&I Broadcast Services.
