Argentina. The National Communications Agency, Enacom, and the Ministry of Community Development of the Province of Buenos Aires carry out a survey of the dominial registration of non-profit entities based in that province. It is optional and confidential, it seeks to know and analyze the situation of those entities in the sector that are experiencing difficulties with the headquarters in which each institution operates.
In this first instance, community media and communities of indigenous peoples that operate in the province of Buenos Aires and have obtained, at least once, the Competitive Development Fund for Audiovisual Media, FOMECA and that have the FOMECA Registry in force, are relieved.
The objective is to advance in the dominial regularization of those entities of the sector that require it, based on the articulation between the Subdirectorate of Community Media and Plurality of Voices of the agency and the Undersecretariat of Habitat of the Community of the Ministry of Community Development of the Province of Buenos Aires, through the Directorate of Scriptural Actions that depends on the Provincial Directorate of Habitat Regularization.
This initiative promotes the secure possession, regularization and deed of the places where the entities of the sector operate, since many of the organizations that participate in fomeca go through conflict scenarios regarding the dominial situation of the property in which they provide their audiovisual communication service.
