Brazil. Brazil. Pinnacle Broadcast is showcasing the full Blackmagic Design product line at SET, including the new Pocket Cinema Camera 6K for the first time in Latin America. "We will be coordinating product demonstrations with our distribution channels and users visiting this fair," said Ricardo Lopez, CEO of Pinnacle Broadcast.
The Pocket Cinema Camera 6K is a first for Brazil, it is the first camera to arrive in the country. This one is better than a simple video camera because it has professional features that allow it to create the same "look" as Hollywood movies.
With a larger Super 35 6144 x 3456 sensor and an EF lens mount, it allows larger EF photo lenses to be used to create cinematic images with a lower depth of field, allowing for creative blurred backgrounds and gorgeous bokeh effects. The additional resolution also gives you more room to frame in color editing and correction.
The Pocket Cinema Camera 6K has the professional features needed for feature films, television programming and documentaries. It offers the same features found in expensive digital film cameras, allowing for the capture of deeper colors, higher image details, and a wider dynamic range between brighter reflections and deeper shadows.
The latest edition of the DaVinci Resolve software in its latest version 16.1 is also being shown. Additionally there will be demonstrations of the new URSA G2 Camera with its complete workflow.
"It is critical to keep our products in front of users and this important event in Brazil is the perfect occasion," explained Rick Fernandez, Blackmagic Design's exclusive representative in the region.
