Mexico. The Plenary of the Federal Institute of Telecommunications, IFT, resolved in its XXXIII ordinary session, to extend the validity of 15 concessions to operate and commercially exploit broadcasting frequencies, for which it granted them an equal number of concessions to use, exploit and exploit frequency bands of the radio spectrum for the provision of the public service of sound broadcasting, both in frequency modulated and in amplitude modulated.
Requests for extension of concessions are duly integrated and comply with the requirements set forth in the applicable legal provisions.
On the part of the concessionaires, it is pending that they are notified of the authorization of the consideration determined in accordance with the methodology approved by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
