Peru. With total success and the attendance of about five thousand people during the three days, the annual event on radio and television called "TODO RADIO TV", the National Congress of Broadcasters of Peru and the international convention on technologies for radio and television, EXPOTEC PERU 2016, culminated.
The Second Vice President of the Republic, Mercedes Aráoz Fernández, supported and gave her support to local broadcasters, ratifying her position of respect for freedom of expression, self-regulation and compliance with the Law, the message was given through a recorded video, (because on the eve she had an unforeseen personal with her health) with the commitment to have a next meeting with the directors of the broadcasters.
Representing him was the director of the general office of social communication of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Abel Aguilar Pretell.
For his part, the Deputy Minister of Communications of the MTC, Carlos Valdez-Velásquez López, inaugurated the National Congress of Broadcasters and the international technological convention EXPOTEC PERU 2016, with the commitment to "unblock" all the obstacles that exist in the administration, regarding broadcasting services and improve the attention to broadcasters.
Manufacturers and representatives of the broadcasting industry from different countries of the world were present during the three days at EXPOTEC PERU 2016. The broadcasters who attended had the opportunity to make contact with representatives of the main brands in the broadcast industry, learning about the latest technologies and trends for broadcasting.
They presented "Broadcasting Award"
As announced by the Coordinator of Local Media of Peru, presented the "Broadcasting Award" to Dr. María Luisa Málaga Silva – Former Executive President of the IRTP, Eng. José Oliden Martínez – Executive Director of INICTEL - UNI and Broadcaster Genaro Delgado Parker, who received the recognition from the hands of Journalist Hugo Coya, current president of Tv Peru, who also wrote a biographical book of the businessman.
Academic and technological exhibitions
Knowledge and information of the highest quality were poured by the professionals specialized in the dialogues, workshops and exhibitions that took place during the three days of the day that the broadcasters, professionals and entrepreneurs of the broadcasting industry had. Latina journalist Armando Ávalos developed a dynamic workshop for journalists and television reporters.
Peruvian radio and television chamber
For its part, the Peruvian Chamber of Radio and Television (CAPERTV), restructured its board of directors. Its current president Alex Samaniego, released a summary of the work done by that guild of broadcasters and pledged to work for the unity of the radio broadcasters of provinces. Meanwhile, the Coordinator of Local Media will continue to support and work for the strengthening of broadcasting in the country.
Association of Announcers of Peru
For its part, the Association of Announcers of Peru (ALP) under the presidency of María Elena Rivero, developed a special program that included recognition - tribute to two great radio professionals such as: Román Gámez Espinoza, "El Tío Ronco" and Eduardo Urbina Moya, the "Primo Koko" and the animator Jaime Ponce Espinoza.
He also highlighted the presence of Miguel Humberto Aguirre of RPP, Hugo Viladegut Bush, Henry Venegas, Humberto Velásquez Vásquez, Luis Alberto Espinoza Bazán and Juan Calero Coronación, the latter presented his book "What every announcer must know", the same that had a great reception and recognition of those present.
