Chile. The National Television Council, CNTV, together with the World Bank, invites the VII International Forum of Public Media of Latin America, "Public media and their audiences: Challenge of convergence and development".
Among the topics that will be addressed during the day are:
- Cross-platform strategies against digital TV and convergence
- Impact and quality indicators for public media
- Audiovisual content for children and convergence
- Editorial independence and operational autonomy of public media in the region
- New business models and public media financing
As speakers in each of the working groups, managers of public channels from the center and south of the continent will be present.
