Colombia. The National Television Authority, ANTV, informed all interested parties of the regulatory project "By means of which the implementation of access systems in the contents transmitted through the public television service that guarantee access for people with hearing disabilities is regulated and other provisions are issued".
The regulatory project, together with the supporting documents, will be available on the website for consultation of interested parties until December 28, 2015, the date on which the deadline for sending comments, concerns and observations expires, which can be sent through email [email protected] or physically to the facilities of the entity Calle 72 No. 12-77.
This new regulation seeks to update the one issued by the defunct National Television Commission, CNTV, obtained in Resolution number 802 of October 24, 2003.
In addition, the new regulations will apply to the concessionaires of television spaces of Channel One, operators of the open television service with national, regional and local coverage, in the programming broadcast on the analog channel and on digital television, both for the Main Channel and for the Subchannels; as well as to the concessionaires of the subscription television service in their own production channels.
