Argentina. Within the framework of the activities prior to its fourth edition, the International TV-Fiction Festival and Market, FyMTI, invited the master of screenwriters Doc Comparato to give the seminar "From creation to script" at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, UADE, official headquarters of the Festival in 2013.
The seminar was made up of three days of intense academic activity, in which the Brazilian Doc Comparato counted, during the three days, with the invaluable collaboration of the Argentine author Ramiro San Honorio.
The seminar program focused mainly on topics such as creative ability, dramatic conflict, language differences between TV and Film, character construction and dramatic structure.
However, the participants, among whom were important figures of the national and Latin American television environment, were able to dialogue in a climate of absolute camaraderie on many other topics with the Brazilian master.
The success of this seminar not only confirmed the validity of Doc Comparato as an indisputable reference in everything related to writing for film and TV, but also reinforces something that the FyMTI has been pointing out for some time: "Without authors there are no stories". And facts like this contribute, without a doubt, to renew their enthusiasm for making a better television every day.
The fourth edition from 10 to 13 November.
