Colombia. During the last NAB Show 2012 there were strong rumors that the Colombian company Daga is in liquidation, starting from the departure of one of its directors.
Although it is public knowledge that Daniel Amaya is linked to another company, it is false that Daga is in liquidation. This was confirmed to TV Y VIDEO by Claudia Ramírez, in charge of marketing at the company.
On the subject, he said that "it is not true that we are in liquidation, we are working and we will continue to function. We had some problems but they are already being solved."
With 27 years in the market, Daga has distribution and marketing operations of infrastructure and equipment for broadcast and telecommunications such as cameras, switchers, editing rooms, infrastructure, transmitters, microwaves, teleports and mobile units in the Latin American country.
