International. The company dedicated to equipment and systems for live production, Ross Video, announced an increase in sales of 47% at the end of its most recent fiscal year.
The success report was unveiled by David Ross, the company's chief executive. "We are running at full throttle, completing 20 consecutive years of record sales. It highlights the rapid adoption of our new series of medium-sized Carbonite (photo) production switches and the new compact Crossover Solo series."
The growth in sales was also affected by the automated production control system OverDrive, which continues to grow strongly in North America and is increasingly prevalent in the world.
This year was also marked by Ross Video's entry into the router segment and by partnership with Nielsen, which has been fruitful with the Nielsen ENO-3G, a watermark encoder that is on sale in the United States.
David Ross concluded that "overall it has been a very fun year thanks to the advances and results, to our customers and business partners who for their support have helped push the company forward."
