International. Professional experience in technology companies was the decisive factor for Harmonic executives to decide to appoint Lauren Ventura as vice president of channels of the company starting this November.
Lauren Ventura celebrates 20 years of experience conducting new business, creating business channel programs and executing overall marketing plans for global companies.
As a consultant for Boston Consulting Group and Bain Capital, Ventura worked on innovation programs and channel marketing strategy for several high-profile clients. He spent more than 15 years at Cisco as a service marketing senior and with channel roles, including head of marketing in Singapore for the Asia-Pacific region.

Lauren Ventura replaces Lawrence R. Kaplan, who founded Omneon and led the company's integration with Harmonic, but will continue the role of advising the company.
