Glensound
Glensound is introducing The Cub, the first device that has been designed specifically for broadcast users. It integrates 2 inputs, 2 digital mixer outputs and a USB interface for iPhones, iPads and other smart devices.
The Cub incorporates multi-level, high-quality inputs and monitoring return in a small unit that will allow the engineer or broadcaster to successfully use the technological riches offered by smart devices and their applications, of today and the future.
The smart device connects to the Cub via USB; it also includes mini USB connection for computers and laptops. It operates with four AA batteries or via external DC.
The Cub's two inputs are mic/line/48v Phantom, each input being individually switchable between or both local XLR outputs. This allows the CUB to be configured as a stereo device or to work in a mono-twin mode. The on and off buttons are also adjustable for multiple modes of operation.
