The enCaption4 subtitle solution augments its functionalities with new advanced punctuation capabilities, which significantly improve the accuracy and readability of transcripts.
Available in English, German, Spanish, and French, the expanded functionality now supports punctuation characters, including periods, commas, exclamation points, and question marks. enCaption4 detects the context surrounding pauses and activates words to insert appropriate punctuation and capitalization.
In addition to scheduling the start and end of subtitles, operators can specify different types of content, such as sports or news, to ingest the appropriate dictionary words for each event, as well as instruct the system to take news scripts and summaries through MOS integration.
This system also features patented automated subtitling technology that surpasses the speed of human subtitlers, bridging the gap between spoken and subtitled, improving the viewer experience when watching news, sports and other live shows.
