MADRID, 8 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) -
ONO will migrate its entire base of autonomous and SME customers from 12 to 15 megabytes of Internet browsing speed automatically and without any price increase, as announced by the company in a statement.
In this way, in the areas where the telecommunications company has a network deployed and gradually, all SMEs and self-employed customers of the operator who have contracted any broadband combination with 12 megabytes will see their browsing speed increased to 15 megabytes, without having to perform any type of activation or requirement.
In addition, ONO has pointed out that from now on the speed of 12 megabytes disappears from its commercial offer and that its position in its portfolio of services will be occupied by the modality of 15 megabytes.
The director of SMEs of the firm, José Miguel García Aguilar, explained that the company has decided to undertake this "improvement" due to the current needs of small and medium-sized companies, "since they increasingly have more active devices that depend on the same broadband connection, which affects the speed of navigation and the management of 'online' content".
According to García Aguilar, with greater bandwidth, the impact of having different devices connected to the same network is minimized.
