The latest and most powerful FM transmitter is the new generation of Ecreso, this 10kW system is based around a fully digital FM modulator that allows excellent audio purity and houses a wide range of useful integrated functions, such as backup audio, RDS, stereo coding and an FM limiter with MPX power control.
Power amplifiers, power supplies and even fan modules are fully interchangeable and redundant and a fully passive 6-way coupler ensures that if one of the amplifiers fails, the transmitter can remain in the air with minimal power loss indefinitely until the failure is rectified.
Self-monitoring high-efficiency power supplies contribute to the overall transmitter system efficiency of up to 76%, the highest available in today's FM broadcasting market.
