Latin America. Anton/Bauer, Autoscript, Litepanels and Sachtler, brands of the Vitec Group, presented their latest products to support production. With these they hope to grow among broadcasts in Latin America.
Anton/Bauer: V-Mount Digital Battery Series, is the first battery line specifically designed to power digital productions and deliver a new level of safety. Its design features a "double membrane" architecture in which the cells are individually contained in a shock- and fire-resistant plastic 'honeycomb', with a 2mm air gap between them, ensuring that no cell is touched and that air can circulate between them to keep the battery pack at a low temperature.
The new battery series, also available with Gold Mount connectors, meets particular needs when setting parameters in 4K cameras and other digital cameras in use today, while offering superior levels of safety, performance and reliability.
Autoscript: EPIC 17, the system that integrates fully on-air and oprompter pointer. It offers the brightest 17" LED pointer display combined with an integrated 17" full HD-SDI on-air monitor that brings flexibility and versatility to studio operations. The system eliminates the need for additional mount mounts and thus ensures that operators can use the full tilt or tilt range of the camera.
The brand also introduced its WinPlus Remote solution, an iOS-based teleprompter or teleasking system that delivers updated scripts to users in the field anywhere in the world. Its technology is also suitable for news bureaus and in the operation of smaller newsrooms. When WinPlus Remote is installed on a networked PC within a production facility, both reporters in the field and those in the studio can see the latest version of the script.
Litepanels: The ASTRA 1x1 Bi-Color panel is based on the legacy of its 1x1 accessory, the ASTRA sets a new standard in terms of the form and function of professional LED panels. At a factor of one square foot (0.48 cm2), the Astra 1x1 produces light up to four times brighter than that of the company's original 1x1 Bi-Color accessory, a high CRI (derendering index), and active or passive cooling modalities.
Sachtler introduced its Ace Accessories, a new range of premium camera mount equipment that includes the Ace Base Plate, the Ace Follow Focus and the Ace Matte Box. These accessories can be purchased individually or as a package.
