Latin America. Intel's Thunderbolt 2 is the main novelty that brings the new version of the UltraStudio 4K, which presented to the market the company Blackmagic Design, a team for capture support of attractive design.
It features a machined aluminum front panel with an integrated color LCD display that allows you to quickly use the video and audio input buttons. Due to its design, it can be used on the desktop, as well as for rack mounting. The rear panel includes all types of video and audio connection that exists even 6G-SDI, HDMI 4K, analog/s-video/composite components, as well as AES/EBU balanced digital and analog audio.
Now, with 20 Gbs of Thunderbolt 2 speed, Blackmagic's system has even more bandwidth to work with higher video quality and frame rates. Customers will be able to capture and play 4K video at 60 frames per second and 30 frames per second over advanced 6G-SDI video connections.
UltraStudio 4K handles virtually all TV formats, offering 6G-SDI connections that instantly switch between SD, HD and 4K, useful for all post-production and streaming users when working on design, assembly, painting, color correction and visual effects tasks.
Thunderbolt allows you to connect up to six devices, so customers can connect fast disk arrays of large amounts of video storage with a single Thunderbolt connection to their computer.
