Latin America. The latest product from Sony's NXCAM reference is the NEX-EA50H camera that offers creative high-quality images for a variety of applications, incorporating a large sensor and an E-mount lens system that allows them to be exchanged providing greater flexibility.
The camera has Full HD recording, in AVCHD 2.0 at full resolution 1920 x 1080 with selection of 60/50 Hz (50p/25p/50i or 60p/30p/24p/60i). It is equipped with the large ExmorTM APS HD CMOS sensor, which allows camera users to have creative freedom to capture Full HD videos and high-quality photographs.
Includes the new E-mount lens with automatic zoom E PZ 18- 200 mm F3.5-6.3 OSS SELP18200. With autofocus, continuously variable iris and Optical Steady Shot image stabilization with active mode, which is ideal for recording moving images. It is controlled with two tilting electronic controls located on the side and upper handles.
Among the professional functions of the NEX-EA50EH, there are two XLR audio channels, linear PCM audio, timecode, user bits and integrated GPS. It can also capture 16.1 megapixel snapshots, in JPEG format only, and includes an integrated mechanical shutter that prevents blurring attributable to the shutter in capturing snapshots with long exposure.
When shooting movies, it is possible to achieve a constant zoom speed, slow and progressive zoom, something difficult to obtain with manual zoom lenses. It also supports direct connection of an HXR-FMU128 Flash drive, for immediate recording and backup. And it is compatible with the new Mirroring Memory Stick (MS-PX64/32/16), the first memory card that incorporates double recording function ("mirroring").
