International. The company Actus Digital announced that the update of its system for the second version of the European model of digital television DVB-T2 is now available.
The company refers to QualiTV, a multi-layer solution that centralizes the information of the operational performance of the broadcast in real time and with a complete view of the DVB broadcast situation.
The system provides monitoring, statistics, file access, and alerts on content performance on all remote servers. Users can thoroughly investigate performance or issues, now or in the past, effectively increasing quality of service and troubleshoot problems before or when they occur.
Asaf Salant, sales manager at Actus Digital, said: "DVB-T2 can offer a much higher data rate than DVB-T, with a much stronger signal. Actus fully supports DVB-T2 from API compatibility capture cards, with the ability to analyze different performance and operational information in real time."
The DVB-T2 offers broadcasters more robustness, flexibility and efficiency of at least 50% more than previous DTT systems, support SD, HD, mobile TV, or any combination thereof.
The company's sales manager concluded that its customers can count on Actus to research and support important new industry standards.
