Latin America. Sony's new entertainment devices for Latin American countries will feature two new options for accessing movies, TV series and original content: Crackle and Netflix.
The devices of this manufacturer that will have access to these portals are Sony Internet TV, Bravia home theater televisions and Blu-ray players with internet connection.
Crackle features approximately 150 titles, including films from film studios such as Columbia Pictures, TriStar Pictures, Screen Gems and Sony Pictures Classics, as well as full episodes of television series.
It also gives consumers a unique experience that includes a wide variety of Hollywood movies from different genres, including comedy, action, sci-fi, horror, and family-friendly content. In the United States it began last year but in Latin America it arrived last April through Brazil and now has coverage for 17 countries in the area.
Netflix will also have its video archive available to all Sony users with a long list of TV series and movies on demand at a low cost.
On both platforms, users will be able to find the contents, which will be offered in original version and with subtitles or dubbing in Spanish.
