. Three of the world's leading TV manufacturing companies have reached an agreement to work under a single standard for their 3D glasses. Panasonic, Sony and Samsung joined XpanD in the search for a model that can be used in TVs of the three brands from 2012.
The agreement called Full HD 3D Glasses Initiative seeks to create standard glasses that use Bluethooth technology and infrared system protocols, compatible with the 3D TVs of the three companies. This is a key step in the process of massification of this technology.
Precisely in a study carried out by Nielsen in September 2010, one of the factors cited by users as an impediment to access a television of this type is the use of glasses to be able to visualize the image with optimal quality, so the evolution in this aspect must continue if you want to conquer the market.
