The company announced the appointment of Paul Gullet as the new global sales director, a position from which he will lead the company's strategic sales growth and develop new initiatives in key account management, business agreements and sales solutions.
"Paul has a deep understanding of the effects of technology on organizations and how to convey the potential of that technology to managers and executives in terms that respond to their needs and business objectives," said Simon Derry, president of Snell CEO. "He is an expert in both internal growth strategies and creating key partnerships across the film and broadcasting markets."
Gullett comes to Snell after working for two and a half years at Tandberg, leading that company's sales organization in Europe. Focused on solutions, Gullett changed the way Tandberg interacts with its customers. To support this proposal, he implemented a customer account program, created a global alliance strategy to extend the organization's reach, and put in place an accelerated growth plan to move the company into new markets and regions.
