Vizrt Ltd. today announced that Active Loop Television, which supplies interactive television content managed from mobile to television stations in several countries, acquired Vizrt's graphics systems for $500,000 to serve as the core of its delivery platform.

Active Loop Television creates and delivers television programs where the viewer can participate through their mobile phones, building customer loyalty and adding new sources of income.
