Latin America. Atomos introduced Ninja TX GO, a new HDMI monitor-recorder that brings the performance of the acclaimed Ninja TX to an even larger community of filmmakers and creators.
Designed for HDMI-enabled cameras, Ninja TX GO combines a brighter display, advanced monitoring tools, professional codecs, camera control, and cloud connectivity all in one compact device.
With its 5-inch HDR touchscreen and 1500 nits, Ninja TX GO offers a monitoring experience far superior to that of the camera's built-in display. It includes professional tools like EL Zone™, waveform, vectorscope, selective focus, and more, giving content creators full control over framing, exposure, and color accuracy on set.
Ninja TX GO records directly to CFexpress Type B cards or USB-C external SSD storage and supports Apple ProRes, ProRes RAW, Avid DNx, and H.265/H.264 formats, providing flexibility in post-production workflows. With RAW-compatible HDMI inputs, you can record up to 6Kp30 RAW, delivering exceptional image quality with today's leading mirrorless and DSLR cameras.
What really sets the Ninja TX GO – and Ninja TX – apart from previous Ninja models is the built-in camera control: a free feature that allows you to directly adjust exposure settings such as aperture, shutter speed and ISO on compatible cameras from Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Panasonic, Sony, Z CAM and other leading brands. This makes the Ninja TX GO the perfect complement to monitoring, recording and controlling the camera in a single device.
"With the Ninja TX GO, we bring the power and flexibility of our iconic Ninja TX to an even wider creator community," said Peter Barber, CEO of Atomos. "It's a lightweight and incredibly powerful monitor-recorder that offers professional-level monitoring, recording and control without compromise. It's perfect for creators looking for the best visual fidelity and workflow flexibility directly from their HDMI cameras."
Ninja TX GO includes built-in Wi-Fi for seamless operation between camera and cloud, including 20GB of free ATOMOSphere cloud storage, allowing direct upload to ATOMOSphere, Frame.io, Dropbox and other services, or live streaming via NDI 6/HX3.
For those who need even more advanced options, Ninja TX, released earlier this year, adds SDI input/output, AirGlu wireless timecode and expanded 8Kp30 RAW recording capabilities for motion picture cameras.
Both models are powered by the next-generation AtomOS platform, which provides faster performance, over-the-air updates, and a more refined user experience. A robust cable locking system for HDMI and USB-C connections ensures reliability in the most demanding production environments.
