Colombia. The ICT Ministry presented its 'MediaLabs' program, with which it seeks to train different agents of the audiovisual sector free of charge in areas of creation, production and distribution of content, with the aim of facilitating the insertion of local productions in the competitive national and international markets.
This initiative, carried out in partnership with Proimágenes Colombia, the Directorate of Continuing Education of the Javeriana University and Canal Trece, consists of two training processes designed for Colombians who reside in the country and are interested in training in relevant topics for the audiovisual industry.
These are the two MediaLabs training processes:
'Media Talks 2023':
The objective is to generate an exchange of experiences to learn about the current dynamics of the global market of serial content for television, as well as its narratives in convergent environments, through virtual master classes taught by high-level professionals.
Virtual course 'Introduction to the International Audiovisual Market 2023':
Those enrolled in this course will be able to train their skills to recognize the key aspects when establishing relationships with the agents of the national audiovisual ecosystem, along the value chain of the industry. The content of the course is self-managed through the virtual platform of the Javeriana University.
Those interested can request more information or resolve their doubts by writing to [email protected] for this purpose.
