Thinking of further improving the experience of customers and distributors, Pinnacle Broadcast decided to provide other services, such as repair and cleaning of lenses, DLSR cameras, preventive maintenance and repairs in other brands.
With highly qualified professionals certified by factories abroad, soon the services provided and repairs well done gained fame and notoriety in the audiovisual market. Word spread and tripled the volume of support teams, leading Pinnacle Broadcast to expand the industry with a new room fully integrated with the old one, and more people working in the industry.
