Argentina. The training course in voice-over, promoted by ENACOM through the Higher Institute of Radio Education (ISER), allowed them to obtain the certification that qualifies them to work as "local announcers and announcers".
44 students were part of the course. Those who failed to pass will have the possibility of participating in classes that WILL be offered virtually by ENACOM/ISER as a preparatory instance for the training that will be carried out for Miramar and other locations. One of the participating students is Alicia, 87, who hosts a radio program about jazz. In addition to passing, she took the recognition of the teacher, and photos and interviews by her own classmates.
This training, which was carried out virtually by videoconference until the time of the final exam, held last Saturday, offers the possibility of working in stations of broadcasting stations of a single locality, party or department of the interior of the country, whose studios and transmitter plant are located more than 75 kilometers from the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and more than 50 kilometers from those cities in which operate tertiary or university institutes (state or private) that have formalized agreements with the ISER.
The last class, held in person last Saturday, August 27 in the Events Hall of the Parque Bonito Complex (Colonial Association of Vacations of the Staff of the Banco Provincia de Buenos Aires), of Villa Gesell, was attended by Gustavo Barrera, mayor of that coastal city; Manuel Artieda, Secretary of Culture, Education and Sports of Villa Gesell; Rodrigo Sujodoles Gazzero, General Director of Institutional Relations at ENACOM and teacher trainer; Patricia Barral, academic coordinator of ISER; Estefanía Abbamonte, ISER teacher and training phoniatrician (present by Zoom); Martín Monita, regional delegate of ENACOM, and the councilors of Villa Gesell for the Renovator Front Myrian Oillataguerre, president of the Honorable Deliberative Council of the city, and Pedro Omar Galiano.
This training is in addition to that carried out in the provinces of Santa Cruz and La Pampa, and will continue in Tierra del Fuego in the coming months. This demonstrates ENACOM's joint work with the different provinces of the country, as well as the commitment to actively participate in professional training from a federal perspective that takes into account regional identities and fosters the authentic plurality of voices of inclusive and quality communication.
