New video streaming service TVCoins arrived in Mexico

tvcoins

Mexico. To offer new possibilities to Mexican audiovisual content creators, with the possibility of increasing their audiences, the American company TVCoins began to offer its services in this country.

Its ad revenue-sharing business model allows content owners to launch a streaming app with no upfront investment, while maintaining an option at no cost to the audience.

gustavo marra"The AVOD (Advertising-Based Video on Demand) business model, which combines free content and advertising space, offers great opportunities for brands and favorable conditions in a country like Mexico, where free-to-air TV still concentrates the largest audiences and the financial issue is presented as an important factor for the access of millions of people to content on demand, "- explains Gustavo Marra, Chief Revenue Officer of TVCoins.

This option is already being used by Telemedellín, a Colombian television channel that has taken its contents to a new platform developed by TVCoins, called TM+, with its programming for Colombians to enjoy as they want.

"Connecting with our audience, not only in the metropolitan region of the Aburrá Valley and Medellín, but throughout Colombia, is a priority and today, thanks to the alliance with TVCoins, we have managed to reach more Colombians who find in our platform a tool for information, interaction and content thanks to streaming technology, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere and at no additional cost. From now on, our users will be able to enjoy the best contents of Telemedellín at any time, documentaries, series and icon programs," said Deninson Mendoza Ramos, Manager of Telemedellín.

TVCoins Incentive Program
In addition to being free and without commissions for content creators, the TVCoins platform has an incentive program for users. "We created a program that works by distributing 'coins' to viewers while watching the content. These coins are deposited in the account owner's app, and once the viewer has accumulated a significant amount of coins, they can redeem them for gift cards on the TVCoins website," explains Gustavo Marra.

TvCoins' incentive program is designed to drive traffic to the app and turn new users into loyal customers. "As our platform works with advertising, a higher volume of engaged viewers optimizes the ability to monetize content, all at no cost to the user and the content producer," states the company's Chief Revenue Officer.
