Argentina. The National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts, INCAA, created the Assistance Fund for the Reactivation of Filming. It is a Fund of 500 million Argentine pesos, about US&5.8 million, "exclusively intended to assist the production of national films of any genre or budget" that begin in the first half of 2021.
This aid consists of advances on account of subsidies of up to 50% of the approved budget with maximums of 12 million pesos for animations, 10 million for fictions and 5 million for documentaries.
This fund, created within the framework of the health emergency, aims to sustain and reactivate the relaunch of national film production in the first half of 2021.
