Argentine. The National Communications Agency, Enacom, published the form for the census of school radios in Argentina, with the aim of internalizing their status and needs in order to articulate the political and economic measures necessary for their operation and improvement.
The form for the survey of sound broadcasting services by frequency modulation belonging to the Educational System that are authorized within the framework of article 149 of Law 26,522, as well as for those educational establishments of state management that intend to provide the broadcasting service, is already published on the Agency's website.
This process, in coordination with the Ministry of Education of the Nation, through the National Program of School Media, will be in charge of the Subdirectorate of Community Media and Plurality of Voices of the Entity and will be articulated through the website of the Agency. The Secretariat of Public Innovation and the Secretariat of Media and Public Communication will also participate in this work.
The actors reached by the law will be able to register and participate in the census, which will be mainly oriented to know the technical characteristics of the study and the equipment they have, the power of the transmissions, the main audiences to which they are directed and the building state, among others.
