Latin America. The vsn company announced the appointment of Roberto Calmón as the new Solutions and Presales Architect to enhance VSN's international expansion and achieve new commercial opportunities, particularly in the sales area of Latin America and the Brazilian market.
Thanks to this new addition, the company hopes to get a more direct and close treatment and attention both with its customers and with its local dealers and partners.
Electronic Engineer from the Universidade Federal da Bahia in Brazil, Roberto Calmón has extensive experience in the Broadcast sector, where he started very early working for Rede Bahia. In this television and radio channel affiliated with Brazil's leading communication group, Globo, Calmón served as Technical Supervisor and Technical Manager for 23 years.
Subsequently, he joined the VSN team as a Presales Engineer for the Brazilian market, a position he practiced for two years and where he now returns after working as a Presale and Commercial for the company Video Systems in Brazil for the last 8 years.
Roberto Calmón joins the team led by Roberto Duif, Sales Director - Americas, to reinforce the presence of the brand in the commercial area where VSN began its international expansion more than 10 years ago. The priority objective is both to increase commercial opportunities and sales in this large market, and to continue improving customer service and business development with local dealers, a strategy for which the company has bet strongly in recent years, with very good commercial results to date.
