Latin America. TVCortos, the 24/7 HD television channel dedicated to short films, collaborates with the cable operator DirecTV in its Faciuni festival (International University Academic Film Festival) dedicated to helping students with their audiovisual careers.
The signal makes a selection of the best short films produced by the students participating in the festival in the special "Best in Fest Faciuni" and a special broadcast of "El Pitch Faciuni" in which 4 students competed for the financing of a new short film.
The students' work was so good that the TVCortos signal put together two specials to be able to share most of them. "Best in fest FACIUNI" first part - Friday 3, "El Pitch FACIUNI" Saturday 4 April at 20hs and "Best in fest FACIUNI" second part - 10 April from 22.30hs respectively by DIRECTV - CANAL 1521.
This was the seventh edition of the festival that gives students and their institutions the opportunity to progress and continue learning.
