Colombia. The station La Costeña 107.0 FM located in the Colombian city of Montería has renovated its radio studios incorporating the extended version of AEQ's compact console, CAPITOL IP, which for a limited time has a version of 12 faders.
The installation was in charge of the local company Electrónica Broadcast 2000 in collaboration with the Head of sales of AEQ for Latin America Luis Miguel Sánchez-Migallón.
AEQ Capitol IP with IP connectivity and dual telephone hybrid, is based on a single module of 16 input channels and 16 output, incorporated in its "core" to which it can be extended with another 16 channels of input / output AoIP DANTE and a module of double digital telephone hybrid.
Capitol IP is ideal for this type of small environment as it adapts to the common needs of small and medium-sized stations such as automatic cutting of monitors, faderstart, signaling control, control signals for the automation of external equipment, management of external communications, intercom, etc.
Capitol IP of 8 faders or 12 faders can be configured in very different ways adapting to multiple day-to-day scenarios in this station: self-control, control-locutorio, mobile units, continuous emission of content, sound production, mixed configurations, among others.
