The good thing about this NX Rack, said Raúl Hun, sales manager for Latin America of the company, is that it provides the option of having IP or XLR audio, and the other evolution is that it can be multirack, that is, it can receive 5 signals at the same time, all signals over IP.
"With this option you can receive five remotes at the same time, for what previously required five receivers, now in a single rack unit you can receive five units," he explained.
He added that Comrex has always specialized in sending audio over IP, that has allowed them to develop CrossLock technology, with which they created a virtual VPN between their computers to be able to have a more stable IP, make the data not lost and that the transmission is much better.
Finally, Raul Hun pointed out that business in Latin America has been slow this year for Comrex, but stable. "Although the economy has been a bit stagnant, we have observed that in recent months it has been improving and is expected to continue the trend until the end of the year."
