Ooyala is acquired by its managers

International. Ooyala and Telstra announce the completion of the acquisition of Ooyala by their directors. Building on Ooyala's success under current management and aligned with Telstra's 2022 strategy, this transaction lays the foundation for Ooyala's next phase of growth. Telstra will continue to be a valued partner as a customer and during the go-to-market strategy.
